I am quite glad I purchased the Omron Pedimeter. It seems to be quite accurate. And best of all it encourages me to take more steps. For instance: when I read it and it says ‘550′ steps, I say to myself let’s take it to 600 (and so forth throughout the day adding lots of extra steps that I wouldn’t have done without it). And that is very easy to do, and when I’m waiting for my toast to come up (or whatever) I walk in place, adding more steps and making good use of the time.
Before I bought it, I read the reviews and quite a few people mentioned how they lost theirs, and that it should have a leash. So I also bought a leash at the same time, which I didn’t need. Because it now comes with one so you won’t need to buy a leash.

i was in the market for a carpet cleaner that actually does what it’s supposed to. Based on amazon reviews, and a consumer reports magazine article, I chose this particular model. I am very glad I did. I used this on berber carpet that was installed 3 years ago, and never been steam cleaned. I have 3 dogs(and the accidents that eventually happen), 2 kids and a husband that refuses to remove his shoes after coming in the house. I was skeptical that this machine could clean up the dog urine stains, and dirt stains that had worked into the carpet. Well I was wrong! I couldnt believe the dirt that came out of them! My carpets not only LOOK clean, they smell better now too!
And the Hoover was easy as pie to work with. The key to getting the most out of this machine is from the old Aesop’s fable- slow and steady wins the race! Take your time going over the carpet, and you will see a great difference. I have only used this Hoover once so far on my carpets, and I know after using it more I will notice an even better difference.

A book as beautiful as eye opening, as terrifying as dream like. One of the few narratives that’s allowed me to fully see a situation that I’ve been blinded to for too long of a time. Short, but slow reading, a book that you want to end so that you might read it again.

Did not need to know anything about the product because I already had one installed in my personal computer and needed the installation for my laptop. Works really well and I am waiting for 2010 hoping it works as well as they say.
LadyBugs Oh So Sweet

I had gone through 3 Bissell Pro-Heats before trying this Hoover SteamVac. I was lucky if I could get more than 2 full house (~1700sf house at the time) cleanings before the Bissell’s would break. This Hoover can keep up with my needs. I now have a 3600sf house with mostly white carpets, and it’s still going strong.

I am pissed that this card did not come with a case. Come on, SD cases sell for a penny on Ebay, how much money did the manufacturer save by not including a case, less than a penny. But it’s a major inconvenience for me, now I have to buy a case for this card which is a spare and won’t be in the camera. Transcend just lost a customer, I hope it was worth the penny.
Idiom Junkie Rarely Used

This works SO well on the coats of our Heelers (Australian Cattle Dogs). They have really short hair with undercoats that shed like crazy, you literally see it flying off them when you pet them. This is quick to use and gets to the undercoat very easily. It’s really the best $12 we’ve ever spent!!

I was surprised, as a 40-year-old woman, reading this book aloud to my young daughter (skipping parts, too), to find myself consumed, sneaking off into the kitchen to read ahead under the guise of doing laundry, etc. Obviously, my position was embarrassing, plus the book was conventionally suspense-heavy and light on literary values; I thought of the middle-aged magazine editor who put it this way: Twilight..always and unapologetically.

As a middle-aged woman, I have the inner resources to analyze my entanglement, to process my response and to cool the fire of addiction. Yet, as a middle-aged woman, the book was more devastating to me than a teen girl could know. Because I know from experience that youth and beauty are irretrievably lost, that you will never find that kind of perfect, melting, life-in-death love (if only all teen boys were really 100 years old and listened to classical music in their Volvos!) but, at best, will rather muddle through humanly with a good man. That, on the other hand, you might not want a perfect love, consuming and obstructing at the same time. That no one will ever “see” you or care about your every breath in the way Edward cares for Bella, not even your mother, even if you’re lucky, and as you age you realize everyone is so consumed with survival and ego, they have no resources left. That, all things considered, there are other profound consolations that come with aging, such as the development of inner resources. But it was the longing for the numinous in an everyday world that upset me the most.

Ultimately, I’m happy that this book is so female-centric in its eros, the slow smoulder that no longer is culturally justified. Young girls should hope to build a life with someone who cherishes them. The teen wish-fulfillment and weaker aspects of the book, such as Bella’s neediness evaporate next to this positive. But I feel for the legion of teen girls who lack the ability to process their literary infatuation, who wear “I

I am new to the running world, but I like to track my activities and this is perfect. Out of the box easy. No more driving around town after a new route, just plug it in and upload. Has a lot of features that I have to learn. The watch is big, but it fits on my small wrist perfectly.

I start of by saying this is a review for the console not prices and combination packages. Console – This is a great console it’s lots of fun, especally in groups but also good by yourself. The graphics are not as good as a PS3 for example but they not ment be. To really enjoy this you got to get the right games like Mario Kart, Wii Sports Island, the Olympic games, any tennis game and Wii fit. If you want something for a great shoot ‘um up get something else. This is great and is lots of fun for adults and children a like.
Wii Sports – It’s a great game in it’s self Tennis and bowling is brilliant. Boxing, golf and baseball are also fun but (sometimes)can take a while to get into them. With it’s scoring system you only play computer players of your standard and and that scoring systems gives something aim for.
