We have had a different Hoover upright vacuum for over 20 years now, and it gave us GREAT service (we had to get rid of it because we vacuumed up some areas that had mildew and now it stinks, even after changing the bag).
This new TEMPO Widepath U5140-900 vacuum does a great job too. The big difference we noted is that the cord does not wind up very well like the older one did….. it is very awkward to wind up.
Another thing is that this new vacuum does not have a spot to pick it up if you are bringing it up/down the stairs….the older model had a little indentation to pick it up, which was very convenient.
The price was right, and we always love the FREE shipping.

I bought this knowing what I was getting and I enjoyed what it does have. Probably not for the grizzled dead head that toured with them and lived the lifestyle. For the fans that really like the music and don’t know a lot of the behind the scene stuff, this is a good DVD with some good information and home videos. Rhino should have packaged and labeled it different. That is why I deduct one star.

I love the Tom Tom One and very highly recommend it. However, the extra electrical charger I ordered does not adapt to the Tom tom One. As I am 3,000 miles away from home the electric charger is a disappointment. But the Tom Tom One is terriffic. It makes adjustments to my wrong turns and keeps me on track. I’m thinking seriously of buying a second one for my wife as soon as I get back home.

I bought Microsoft Office 2007 Home and Student but the only part of it that I’ve really used is the Excel part. The software appears to be well written. When you add all the capabilities in it, I think it’s a very good deal for around $100.00. It’s got hundreds of built in mathematical, scientific, statistical, and financial functions. It allows you to build and work with tables of data in a manner similar to working with databases. You can do graphs. That’s a pretty sophisticated capability that allows you to show them in various formats. You can do scenarios and what if types of studies. The ability to generate and modify Pivot Table Reports on the fly is an amazing capability all by itself. I’m impressed and I haven’t even started to work with Word and Powerpoint yet. There’s even more. You can create and read XML files, import and export data from and to other databases, Publish Worksheets on the web so others can view them, print, share your workbook with other users, etc., etc., etc. What I’ve worked with appears to work well. No software is perfect and this software isn’t either, but it’s very, very good. I always test it to see if it’s doing what I want it to do. It has passed the test just about every time. Where it hasn’t, I only needed to tweak it a little to get what I wanted out of it. That’s a good software.

REALLY like; however, I’ve found the connectivity to be a bit sensitive or short ranged on public use networks (ie…I’ve sat in the Kroger parking lot & used my laptop before…from the same distance, I get nothing with the I-Touch…I actually have to walk up to the store).
